Meredith Neal: Winter Garment Staples
Meredith Neal has an MFA in costume design from Ohio University. She currently resides in Portland, Oregon and works in sales and teaching at Modern Domestic, a new hip Bernina Dealership. Meredith has a passion for sewing and is especially skilled at using the serger for garment construction. We are happy to have her come to Kansas City to share her sewing wisdom in a 2 class series: Winter Wardrobe Staples. Take one or both classes. We are sure you will be delighted. Angie Steveson: Lunch Box Quilts
Angie Steveson, founder of Lunch Box Quilts, creates appliqué quilt patterns designed specifically for embroidery sewing machines. We are pleased to have her in our Overland Park store on March 30-31, 2012. The weekend event will kick off with a trunk show and cut work demonstration. All day Saturday hands-on class in which participants will choose thier favorite Lunch Box Quilt pattern and Angie will guide you through with her tips and techniques in making her unique designs.
